Sr. Solution Architect, SAP

Overview

Senior Solution Architect for SAP, based remotely in the Philippines and reporting to the Director of Global Pre-Sales. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects on Rimini Street's SAP solution portfolio, partnering with Sales to drive SAP opportunities to close.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support SAP sales opportunities in the Philippines and drive deals to a successful close.
• Engage with clients to understand their SAP roadmap and position the Rimini Solution Portfolio against their challenges based on business case/ROI and risk assessment.
• Drive sales cycle activities including solution scoping, functional/technical Q&A, solution design, pricing calculation, proposal development, RFP responses and presentations to prospects and clients.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives supporting the growth and profitability of the SAP product lines.
• Act as the primary conduit to the internal Delivery and Strategic Services teams.
• Articulate the strategy and direction for all SAP products supported by Rimini Street.

What you'll need

• Significant experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales Solution Architect role within the SAP Applications ecosystem (software and/or services) supporting the sales cycle, with a proven track record of contributing to closed deals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in a consultative selling environment with a history of working in a global, matrixed organization.
• Extensive experience solutioning SAP ECC/Business Suite, SAP S/4HANA support and managed services.
• Extensive experience solutioning SAP HANA DB, SAP ASE (Sybase) Database and SAP Business Objects support and managed services.
• Extensive experience solutioning SAP with RISE, SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other SAP Cloud products (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Ariba, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience creating proposals for Managed Services and estimating staffing and costs.
• Experience with SAP Security and related industry security standards such as PCI, NERC, CIP.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Details

• Remote, Philippines.
• Travel expectation of 35% to 50%, including travel within the territory to support sales deals and some travel outside the geography for global initiatives.
