Sr. Staff Architect

Overview

Senior Staff Enterprise Solution Architect (Sr. Staff Architect) providing hands-on solution design, documentation, and delivery within an enterprise architecture domain stream.

What you'll do

• Design and document end-to-end solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards and business needs.
• Lead project architecture for features and initiatives, including technical trade-off guidance for engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture.
• Ensure technical feasibility, performance, and integration alignment with adjacent systems and domains.
• Contribute to design and code reviews to uphold architectural quality.
• Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI and ML capabilities into domain solutions.
• Operationalize enterprise guidance into project-level architecture and participate in cross-domain review forums.

What you'll need

• Deep technical and functional expertise in a hands-on software or platform engineering background.
• Deep understanding of at least one architectural product-to-market domain stream.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy from Principal/Senior Principal Architects into grounded domain solutions.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and architecture artifacts for strategy, business, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Comfort navigating responsible AI adoption, including data privacy, model governance, and balancing innovation with risk.
