Job description

Overview

Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) responsible for architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and related services for client projects.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement solutions for Marketing or Care challenges using Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Assess and audit client digital ecosystems and recommend optimizations aligned to objectives.
  • Create multi-channel/multi-tactic architecture diagrams and documentation.
  • Develop digital marketing roadmaps (2 to 4 years) using audience-segmentation knowledge for personalization and targeting.
  • Assist with solution estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Build POCs, integrations, and production deliveries using technology stacks including TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.
  • Oversee delivery, governance policies, testing strategies, and measurement methodologies for success.

What you'll need

  • 8 to 10 years of engineering experience.
  • Adobe Multi-Solution architect and other related certifications.
  • Deep technical and architectural experience across multiple Adobe products including AEM, Edge Delivery Services, AEP/RTCDP, Workfront, Fusion, Adobe Analytics, Target, and Journey Optimizer.
  • 4+ years hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Strong enterprise architecture and marketing technology implementation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript, NextJS, Python, and Java.
  • Demonstrated AI-assisted software development expertise is mandatory.
