Solution Architect - Presales

Overview

Lead presales solution architecture for Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer, translating customer business needs into scalable campaign and journey orchestration solutions.

What you'll do

• Drive multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
• Prepare technical proposals with solution designs, execution approaches, timelines, and estimates.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs, use cases, and technical requirements.
• Present solutions and build consensus with senior customer and internal stakeholders.
• Design campaign and journey orchestration across email, SMS, push, web, in-app, paid media, and offline channels.
• Architect data models, segmentation, personalization, integrations, and ingestion patterns.
• Define deliverability, suppression, frequency-cap, and contact-policy practices.

What you'll need

• Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic v7/v8.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience selling campaign implementations, replatforming, and campaign operations.
• Customer-facing presentation and consensus-building skills with senior executives.
• Knowledge of CRM, CDP, data warehouse, data lake, API, and streaming integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy compliance, consent handling, and scalable high-volume solutions.
• Knowledge of journey configuration, workflows, triggers, decisioning, identity services, XDM, and real-time events.
