Manager – Solution Architect – GenAI, Advisory

Overview

Design and lead end-to-end enterprise solutions on Microsoft technologies, translating business requirements into scalable, secure cloud and AI-enabled architectures, and provide technical leadership to delivery teams.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL Server, and related integration platforms.
• Translate business and functional requirements into architecture blueprints, solution designs, technical specifications, estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
• Architect scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud-native and hybrid solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Provide technical leadership across application modernization, cloud migration, integration, data platform, DevOps, and AI-enabled solution initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate architecture patterns, technology choices, deployment models, and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead solution reviews, architecture governance discussions, technical risk assessments, and design validation workshops.
• Support proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new technologies, including Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot-based solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics use cases.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, identity, governance, privacy, performance, observability, and operational requirements.
• Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture best practices, coding standards, cloud design principles, and Microsoft platform capabilities.

What you'll need

• Mandatory skill sets: Microsoft Technology Stack, Azure Services, Cloud & Architecture, AI / Generative AI, AI Platforms & Frameworks, Identity & Security, DevOps & Automation.
• 8 to 12 years of experience required.
• Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA.
• Required degrees/field of study: Bachelor of Technology, MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• Required skills: React.js.
