Oracle Senior Consultant (FFS)

Overview

The Oracle Field Service Consultant works on Oracle OFS Cloud engagements to understand customer needs and deliver functional and technical solutions with end-to-end project delivery quality.

What you'll do

• Lead high-quality solution delivery on OFS Cloud projects by engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze client goals, challenges, and opportunities to configure and build solutions aligned to industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver presentations/demos, articulate product features, and configure and test Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Use Oracle Field Service Cloud and Oracle integration/web technologies to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to support business development and pursue new opportunities and extensions.
• Perform complex analysis to draw conclusions from data and scenarios, including performance implications.
• Prepare documentation for delivered solutions, integration, and migration strategies.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field (or commensurate experience).
• Knowledge/experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience testing OFS APIs using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience integrating OFS with custom applications.
• Basic understanding of Middleware/Web Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Details

• Work environment is remote or on-site at a client location.
• Full-time role during Apex IT business hours; sometimes outside business hours if required.
