Solution Engineering Intern

Overview

Solution Engineering Intern helping deliver innovative customer solutions. You support solution proposals, design, delivery, integrations, and related technical activities under mentor and senior guidance.

What you'll do

• Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services.
• Develop understanding of customers’ businesses to map solutions/products to their needs.
• Assist in designing new solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
• Collect technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.
• Support handling technical and security questionnaires.
• Develop and deliver demos and POCs.
• Contribute to scoping exercises and service quote estimations.
• Prepare technical documentation and configure/implement solutions for customer requirements.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for learning new technologies, development tools, and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, projects, or applications.
