Solutions Engineer - Bugsnag

Overview

Solutions Engineer supporting enterprise customers as they adopt BugSnag to improve application stability and software quality.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and customer evaluations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and help with proof of concepts.
• Work with customers to understand application monitoring and stability challenges.
• Provide technical guidance on integrating BugSnag into modern development workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to share customer feedback.
• Continuously expand knowledge of observability, cloud technologies, and modern software development.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, QA, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals and debugging techniques.
• Experience with APIs and at least one of: JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, or mobile development (or similar technologies).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• A curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
