Overview

Intern for R&D (trainee) supporting the design and execution of automotive R&D projects, including experimental work, data collection, analysis, and prototype support.

What you'll do

• Assist with the design and execution of R&D projects, including experimental setup, data collection, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to solutions.
• Use prescribed software tools to design parts and assemblies and simulate Automotive R&D processes.
• Support development and testing of prototypes by providing feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Compile and present research findings to the R&D team and senior management.
• Follow safety protocols in laboratory and Automotive R&D environments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Automotive R&D and R&D.

What you'll need

• Be from a reputed university/institution.
• Be pursuing the final year of a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Hold at least 70% aggregate in the 5th and 6th semesters.
• Demonstrate a high level of conduct and discipline at the institution.
• Have familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Studio, Power BI) is preferred.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills and be able to work independently.
