Sr Support Engineer 1 (WMS/Warehouse Management )

Overview

Senior Support Engineer (WMS/Warehouse Management) providing solution and technical support to Blue Yonder (BY) customers across global engagements, including owning cases through to closure.

What you'll do

• Own customer support engagements end-to-end to improve customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Triaging and resolving technical issues from cloud/SaaS environments within defined SLAs.
• Replicate and maintain customer environments and solution architecture/integration points.
• Document learnings and create knowledge articles for repeated cases.
• Review source code or design documents as needed for case resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders and report to management.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities in routine support tasks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred with 6–8 years of experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle DB for complex queries.
• Fair understanding of the supply chain domain.
• Experience in support engineering roles with techno-functional expertise.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Experience using tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow.

Details

• Location: Coimbatore, India.
• Work includes rotational shifts with flexible timings (Shift 1: 6 am–3 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm–11 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm–7 am).
