Sr Test Engineer - Salesforce CRM with Playwright

Overview

Senior Test Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrated enterprise systems. The role leads testing activities, supports quality engineering practices, and mentors junior QA engineers.

What you'll do

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests.
• Test Salesforce Service Cloud applications and enterprise integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Validate APIs using REST and SOAP services.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts within Agile teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of manual and automation testing experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile testing environments.
• 3+ years of automation experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong Java and object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with API testing, SQL, backend validation, and defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, HTML, and connected-system data validation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright automation.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CloudBees, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with REST Assured.
• Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce integration programs.
