SRE DevOps- Python Automation Engineer

Overview

SRE DevOps Engineer role focused on Python-driven infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline engineering, site reliability practices, monitoring and observability, and cloud infrastructure management, within Concentrix's Technical Products and Services team.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools to automate provisioning of VMs, containers and cloud resources
• Manage configuration management, system health checks and maintenance tasks
• Build reusable automation frameworks and APIs
• Reduce manual operations work through end-to-end automation pipelines
• Create internal Python-based tools for developer productivity
• Take end-to-end ownership of CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production releases
• Automate build, test and deployment workflows, integrating Python automation for test orchestration and deployment validations
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs and SLAs
• Improve system reliability, scalability and uptime
• Perform root cause analysis, incident management and postmortems
• Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog and Splunk
• Use Python for custom metrics collection, log parsing and analytics, and alert automation
• Support ML platform operations and the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) covering compute, storage, networking and serverless
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation and ARM templates
• Take responsibility for cloud infrastructure lifecycle management
• Actively contribute to platform modernization and migration initiatives
• Take direct involvement in customer onboarding and production support

• Overall 5 to 8 years of experience
• Strong hold on Python automation

• Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes, AKS
• MLOps: Kubeflow, KServe, Istio, EvidenceAI
• Monitoring: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
• Web/hosting: IIS (Windows Server)
• Database: SQL Server
• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
