Staff Data Analytics Engineer

Overview

Staff Data Analytics Engineer focused on designing and integrating GenAI and agentic workflows using LLMs with enterprise-ready data, knowledge, and governance systems.

What you'll do

• Design and implement GenAI workflows for enterprise use cases, including prompt engineering and feedback loops.
• Integrate GenAI into enterprise applications via APIs, microservices, and workflow engines.
• Build model gateway and multi-LLM strategies with dynamic model selection based on accuracy vs. cost.
• Implement agentic orchestration for multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Architect and maintain Lakehouse environments with document parsing, chunking, and vectorization.
• Enable semantic search and retrieval using embeddings and vector databases.

What you'll need

• 8–12+ years in technology roles.
• At least 3–5 years in AI/ML solution architecture or enterprise AI implementation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience with agent-based orchestration frameworks.
• Certifications in cloud architecture (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
