Staff Engineer, ASIC Design Verification

Overview

Technical member of Micron's ASIC Verification team responsible for advanced verification components for complex SOC designs, with on-time delivery and best-in-class quality.

What you'll do

• Develop advanced verification components for complex SOC designs.
• Develop new simulation environments.
• Execute verification plans while interfacing with design teams.
• Debug complex problems.

What you'll need

• Expert level experience with PCIe IP/sub-systems.
• Highly experienced in defining block, sub-system and SOC top level test plans.
• Expert level in developing UVM-based SV test-benches.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of verification methodologies flows and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with constrained random verification and functional coverage closure.
• Great debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with great interpersonal communication skills.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience in PCIe verification.
• Strong and relevant expertise with ASIC simulation tools and advanced verification methods.
• Expert level in verification languages such as UVM and System Verilog.
• Relevant experience with writing block-level and SoC test-plans.
• B.S. in electrical engineering or computer science with extensive industry experience.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem solving/debugging skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Role is expected to utilize Micron-approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering productivity.
