Overview
Develop and deliver semiconductor test solutions for RF, connectivity, and IoT SoC products, covering silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, yield improvement, validation, and test automation for volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Support product test development and validation using knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, including analog and digital circuits and circuit theory.
- Utilize Design for Test (DFT) methodologies, including ATPG, PMU blocks, BUCLK, LDOs, and trimming techniques.
- Develop and execute semiconductor test solutions using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms.
- Create, debug, and optimize ATE test programs.
- Troubleshoot hardware- and software-related test issues.
- Provide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers.
- Develop automation and test solutions using Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
- Develop and debug characterization and production test programs for SoC connectivity products, including Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, NVM, and RF blocks.
- Collaborate with IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering teams to support product development and production release.
- Use UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and command-line tools for test automation, debugging, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and document comprehensive test plans and validation strategies for next-generation IoT products.
- Design, develop, and debug ATE hardware and software solutions for production and reliability testing.
- Perform silicon bring-up, characterization, and debugging on ATE platforms.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective test solutions for high-volume manufacturing.
- Coordinate and oversee test-related hardware and software activities with internal teams and external test houses.
- Develop, optimize, and release production test programs for offshore manufacturing and production sites.
- Drive continuous improvements in test coverage, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline.
