What you'll do

• Define contracts and engineering checks for agent-built work within the design language.
• Build evaluation and review loops that catch defects and protect design fidelity.
• Shape infrastructure for controlled experiments, measurement and safe rollback.
• Identify opportunities for shared abstractions across consumer teams.
• Help teams adopt shared patterns through contracts and migration paths.
• Solve complex web problems in code and guide technical decisions.

What you'll need

• Substantial hands-on consumer web engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise.
• Ability to reason about rendering, performance, resilience and production trade-offs.
• Experience leading technical work across teams without reporting authority.
• Experience building or governing design systems, quality gates, experimentation or measurement infrastructure.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted engineering with evidence, guardrails and clear failure modes.
