Staff Full Stack Engineer (.NET)

Overview

Staff Full Stack Engineer (.NET) to lead end-to-end full-stack delivery with backend ownership for secure, cloud-based remote management capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end full-stack delivery with deep backend ownership.
• Build and operate C#/.NET APIs, services, workers, and runners for secure remote job execution.
• Lead features from architecture through production across Azure, data stores, observability, CI/CD, and TypeScript web apps.
• Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and parallel coding agents for planning, delivery, testing, review, and documentation.
• Set technical direction, resolve production issues, and mentor engineers.
• Review critical changes and drive cross-team outcomes.

What you'll need

• Staff- or Lead-level delivery experience with complex production systems and deep hands-on C# and modern .NET.
• Experience with distributed cloud systems including APIs, asynchronous jobs, queues/workers, persistence, retries, and idempotency.
• Experience with Azure (or equivalent), Docker, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-native delivery including agent delegation, skills/plugins, MCP, automation, evaluation/guardrails, and cost tradeoffs.
• Experience with production ownership covering security, authorization, multi-tenancy, observability, and incident response.
• TypeScript full-stack confidence, clear English, and cross-team mentoring/influence.
