Staff Product Manager

Overview

Own Senders and Numbers products for Twilio’s Onboarding and Compliance team, creating streamlined onboarding experiences while maintaining telecommunications compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Collect business requirements and translate them into user stories with engineering teams.
• Drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery against success metrics.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on product launches and adoption.
• Conduct data-driven reviews of product execution and revenue or market performance.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
• Proven success leading product launches and product strategies.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building API or developer-experience products.
• Experience working in a regulated ecosystem.

Details

• Remote role based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
• Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
• British Columbia salary range: $145,840–$182,300 plus a 15% target bonus.
