Overview
Staff SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to configure, integrate, and extend SailPoint ISC for identity governance capabilities.
What you'll do
- Configure SailPoint ISC tenant components such as source connectors, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies.
- Build custom development and scripting using SailPoint ISC transforms, native/connector rules, and REST API integrations.
- Design and develop custom on-premises, virtual appliance-based, and SaaS application connectors.
- Coordinate with SailPoint on platform updates and perform regression testing after vendor upgrades.
- Develop and execute functional, smoke, and regression tests to validate ISC configurations and integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ISC tenant health, integrations, provisioning workflows, access requests, and identity data quality.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in IAM/IGA or a related cybersecurity domain.
- 2-3+ years hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Experience configuring ISC components including tenant configuration, sources, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, provisioning policies, and governance groups.
- REST API/Web Services/flat-file integration and SailPoint connector development/support experience.
- Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical/problem-solving skills for complex identity and access issues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint ISC.
- Experience integrating ISC with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or other SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of LDAP, identity data modeling, enterprise role design, authentication protocols, and API-based integrations.
- Experience working in regulated environments requiring compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity/automation/troubleshooting.
- SailPoint ISC certifications (including IdentityNow Engineer) or other SailPoint credentials.
