Job description

Overview

Staff Software Engineer to lead the evolution of a global, multi-tenant SaaS platform focused on scalability and high-velocity delivery.

What you'll do

Lead the design of distributed systems for rapid global growth with low latency.
Partner with SRE and DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated scaling, and self-healing infrastructure.
Drive rigorous design reviews and promote high-quality, maintainable code.
Drive technical adoption of AI across product capabilities and the SDLC.

What you'll need

Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience.
4+ years in a Staff role focused on large-scale SaaS.
Deep expertise building high-scale microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
Hands-on experience with LDAP and OpenSearch for identity and search workloads.
Strong experience designing and operating applications on AWS.
Working knowledge of React.js for modern web applications.
