Startup Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and founder-centric Startup Growth Consultant. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startups. You will not just be representing our company; you will be an advisor, helping founders navigate their initial legal, financial, and incorporation challenges.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Ecosystem Engagement: Actively map and engage with the startup ecosystem, identifying founders, incubators, and early-stage ventures that require corporate structuring and compliance support.
• Strategic Advisory: Conduct initial discovery sessions with founders to understand their business models and advise them on the right entity structures (Private Limited, LLP, Section 8, etc.) and necessary registrations (Startup India, MSME, Trademark).
• Partnership Building: Initiate strategic conversations with potential clients, clearly communicating how our compliance, audit, and tax solutions can safeguard their business.
• Client Onboarding: Design customised service roadmaps for founders and successfully onboard them into our ecosystem, ensuring a smooth handover to our execution and audit teams.
• Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the latest startup trends, government schemes, and market shifts to position our advisory services effectively.
