Stat Programmer 2

Overview

Stat Programmer 2 responsible for developing and maintaining statistical programming solutions for internal and external clients. The role covers statistical outputs, analysis databases, data transfers, and project-level programming support.

What you'll do

• Program, test, and document statistical tables, figures, listings, and analysis databases.
• Program database quality-control checks and integrate data from multiple studies or sources.
• Develop programming plans, specifications, and other documentation.
• Develop, implement, and validate process technologies, macros, and applications.
• Fulfill statistical team lead responsibilities for single studies under supervision.
• Manage study scope, estimates, budgets, resources, and forecasts as applicable.
• Train and guide lower-level and new staff.

What you'll need

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience are accepted.
• Knowledge of statistics, programming, and/or the clinical drug development process.
• Working knowledge of Base SAS, SAS/STAT, and SAS Macro Language.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
