Overview

Field Sales Specialist responsible for covering territory outlets, driving in-store visibility and promotions, managing stock and orders, and completing reporting and administration tasks.

What you'll do

• Cover agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
• Complete allocated calls for individual territories.
• Source and communicate new business leads within the territory.
• Drive in-store presence aligned with Perfect Store standards (availability, visibility, additional placements).
• Amplify cooler installation in-store.
• Manage orders to keep products on shelf and maximize listing SKUs.
• Execute agreed promotional activities and propose regional promotions with store/account managers.

What you'll need

• 2 years FMCG experience (branded or retail experience).
• Clear understanding of Off Premise channels.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
• High interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably mobile Field Force automation.
• Valid driving license for car and auto bike.
• University degree.
• Business-level Mandarin and English.
