Supply Chain Management Intern

Overview

Supply Chain Management Intern responsible for building and automating processes to verify purchasing, shipping, and freight data, and for preparing and archiving shipping documentation.

What you'll do

• Develop a system to check and verify billing, packaging quantity, and vendor details against purchase orders.
• Automate open orders using accurate shipping information.
• Automate a monthly process to verify freight requirements against allocations.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Archive shipping documents on an on-demand basis.
• Support other supply chain initiatives.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of VBA/Python programming.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and be results-oriented.
