Supply Chain Order Scheduling & Backlog Management Functional Analyst focused on SAP S/4HANA AATP for order sourcing, scheduling, and backlog management.

What you'll do

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA AATP configurations for order sourcing, scheduling, and backlog management.
• Configure AATP rules, constraints, and planning parameters for order promising and supply allocation accuracy.
• Troubleshoot AATP configuration issues, planning discrepancies, and integration problems with related SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, IBP).
• Implement integration solutions between AATP and demand forecasting, supply planning, and order-to-cash systems.
• Support implementation and monitoring of intelligent process automation (RPA/IPA) for scheduling tasks and backlog reporting.
• Perform UAT and scenario testing for new scheduling rules, AATP configurations, and planning workflows.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Minimum 2-3 years configuring/supporting SAP S/4HANA AATP or similar order-promising and scheduling functionality.
• Minimum 3-5 years in demand planning, supply chain operations, production scheduling, or order fulfillment (preferably high-tech).
• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA AATP functionality, including order promising, supply allocation, and constraint-based planning, plus integration with MM, SD, PP, and IBP.
• Experience in logistics execution areas including shipping and Stock Transport Orders (STO).

• Work mode is Hybrid with an average requirement to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
