Sustaining Engineer – Modeling Support is a hands-on role focused on identifying root causes and resolving critical production issues across modules/services.

What you'll do

• Identify root causes of critical production issues.
• Solve production problems in a hands-on capacity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for modules/services.
• Debug Enterprise Java applications.
• Work with customer engagement and development teams to identify root causes.
• Enable resolution with involved teams.

What you'll need

• Experience working in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience debugging Enterprise Java applications.
• Experience working cross-functionally with customer engagement and development teams.
