System Administrator II

Overview

System Administrator II responsible for implementation, support, and troubleshooting of server systems across infrastructure, virtualization, email, Active Directory, and cloud.

What you'll do

• Implement, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot server systems including operating systems, software, compute, storage, virtualization, email, Active Directory, and cloud.
• Monitor and troubleshoot server performance (availability, capacity, utilization).
• Provide server technical support to users directly and via ticketing systems.
• Create technical support documentation for server systems and processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures.
• Conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance to ensure system health.
• Provide on-call and remote troubleshooting support as needed.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with computer servers, storage, VMware, Exchange, Active Directory, antivirus, Group Policy, and backup software.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot server infrastructure (OS, software, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud).
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• In-depth knowledge of Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning and testing.
• Ability to work in a team or independently under minimal supervision.

Details

• Hybrid work model; work from office 2 days per week.
• Work Location: New Delhi.
• Five-day workweek, Monday through Friday.
