Overview

System Architect for Medium Voltage Switchgear and Distribution Transformer portfolios, owning digital and system-level architecture and technical oversight across product development.

What you'll do

• Translate product requirements and market-driven feature needs into technical requirements and system architectures.
• Define and maintain digital architecture, technology roadmap, and platform strategy for Medium Voltage Switchgear and Distribution Transformer.
• Establish reusable architecture frameworks and technology building blocks across product families.
• Drive architecture decisions for embedded systems, IoT connectivity, industrial protocols, cybersecurity, edge computing, remote monitoring, and asset management.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight across the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor system, hardware, firmware, software, and validation engineers during development and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, reliability, safety, cybersecurity, and product certification requirements.

What you'll need

• B.E. with 15+ years in EnTC.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, systems engineering, and requirements decomposition for industrial products.
• Experience converting product requirements into scalable technical architectures and development scope.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and RTOS/Linux-based platforms.
• Understanding of industrial IoT, edge computing, remote monitoring, asset health management, and digital product architectures.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols: IEC 61850, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure product development practices.
