SystemC Modeling Engineer

Overview

Build SystemC models for Turing AI accelerator subsystems, including compression engines and data movement architectures, supporting early feature validation and performance optimization.

What you'll do

• Build models for AI accelerator subsystems.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and design verification teams.
• Drive early feature validation.
• Optimize system performance.
• Map RTL micro-architecture to behavioral models.
• Reason about pipelines, locking, timing, and functional correctness.
• Ensure SystemC models faithfully represent intended hardware.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience aligned to a master's or PhD.
• Strong C++ expertise.
• Strong SystemC expertise.
• Experience with performance modeling.
• Experience with hardware/software co-design.
• Foundation in digital design, RTL, and functional verification concepts.
• Understanding of memory hierarchies and transaction-level modeling is a plus.
