Tax Analyst

Overview

Tax Analyst role assisting with indirect tax compliance, coordinating with tax consultants and service owners, and ensuring timely tax payments and filings.

What you'll do

• Assist and provide information for indirect tax filings of overseas countries.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and service owners on tax compliance.
• Prepare tax account reconciliations / Blackline reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation and posting of tax journals.
• Support various reports and requests from the internal business team.
• Communicate with tax authorities on various issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• A high degree of organization and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Finance/Accounting/Commerce degree or professional qualification (CA/CIMA/ACCA) at the intermediary level.
• Good accounting knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including an end-to-end approach to thinking.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in overseas tax compliance work or overseas support services.
