Tax Analyst - Indirect Tax

Overview

Support end-to-end indirect tax compliance for multiple countries as a Tax Operations Analyst, reporting to the Tax Operations Team Lead.

What you'll do

• Maintain and validate tax documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their operational impact.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax filings.
• Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems.
• Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Monitor and mitigate tax-related risks.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for tax processes.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in Indirect Tax operations, managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting tax reporting.
• B.Com or any related finance graduate.
• Learning mindset and logical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working with multi-age and multicultural groups.
• Communication, listening, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Tax reporting knowledge.
• Theoretical knowledge of SAP/CFIN and MS Office.
