Tax Analyst

Overview

Tax Analyst role focused on corporate direct tax compliance, return preparation, and audit support for US and international geographies.

What you'll do

• Handle corporate income tax matters including filing tax returns and finalizing audits.
• Supervise US and international tax compliance and submissions for corporate tax and withholding taxes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Research tax issues, discuss findings with tax consultants, and advise internal teams.
• Work with NOLs understanding for state and federal taxes, including acquired entities from M&A transactions.
• Update asset depreciation schedules for clients on a monthly to quarterly basis.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in tax accounting, compliance, and tax return preparation for US companies.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
