Tax Operations – Manager

Overview

Lead tax compliance work focused on validating client filings, reviewing financial data, and coordinating tax return preparation within the Tax Services practice, as a Manager coaching team members and managing workstreams.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Tax Operations delivery
• Identify and lead large-scale transitions from New York to COE
• Provide oversight and governance across all teams and processes
• Review overall team performance, risk metrics, and compliance outcomes
• Act as the senior escalation point for stakeholders and leadership
• Drive innovation, automation, and transformation initiatives
• Partner with global leadership on capacity, budgeting, and talent strategy
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan

What you'll need

• Post Graduate with extensive experience in US Tax and Financial Operations
• 10+ years of progressive experience in tax operations and people leadership
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex global transitions
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and scale operations
