Tax Senior Associate 2 supporting real estate funds and real estate investment trusts with business tax preparation, review and compliance.

What you'll do

• Work closely with clients and onshore teams to answer questions and collect information required for tax service requirements.
• Prepare and review tax returns.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4 or a large national, regional or local accounting firm in the real estate industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, EA.
• Experience preparing and reviewing returns.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• CPA & EA.
• Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm.
• Working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance.
• Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation within the real estate industry.

Nice to have

• Review experience.
• Experience in dealing with international tax matters.
• Experience in dealing with real estate debt matters.
