Team Member - Engineering

Overview

Team Member – Engineering to manage Instrumentation & Automation (I&A) in a Drug Substance manufacturing plant, supporting smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Implement preventative maintenance strategies for I&A equipment in the Drug Substance manufacturing area.
• Perform I&A equipment qualification per cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve I&A system malfunctions to minimize production disruption.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify automation-led process optimization opportunities.
• Maintain technical documentation for I&A systems.
• Prepare and participate in audits and inspections related to I&A systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in instrumentation/electronics & communication/electrical/computer science or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical or similar aseptic manufacturing environment focused on I&A.
• Proven experience in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and GAMP® 5 guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical manufacturing automation systems such as DCS, SCADA, and PLC.
