Overview
Tech Lead for Enterprise Application Salesforce, focused on extending and optimizing Salesforce managed packages.
What you'll do
- Lead technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale managed packages, maintaining compatibility with namespaces and upgrade paths.
- Architect Leankor custom visual workflows and project management extensions using Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management components.
- Develop high-performance Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch) and Lightning Web Components that integrate with managed package objects and protected metadata.
- Plan and execute complex package version updates with impact analysis to avoid downtime or regressions.
- Apply technical governance for Namespace Prefixes to prevent naming conflicts and ensure error handling across managed/unmanaged boundaries.
- Design custom UI using Field Sets, Custom Settings, and LWC to tailor managed package layouts.
- Design and maintain data relationships between standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities.
- Support CI/CD deployments with managed package dependencies across sandbox tiers using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
What you'll need
- Minimum qualification: B.E or B.Tech or MCA.
- Relevant Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Field Service.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
- Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- Leankor experience is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest is preferred.
