Overview

Tech Lead role focused on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) development and enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions.
• Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, and work orders.
• Build and maintain integrations for FSL using APIs and middleware.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Run code reviews, troubleshoot FSL issues, and follow coding best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

What you'll need

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA.
• Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Field Service.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
• Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
