Tech Lead - Infrastructure Services N 4C

Overview

Tech Lead for Infrastructure Services, acting as a subject-matter expert on storage and backup technologies on client projects.

What you'll do

• Architect, install and configure storage, backup, and DR solutions on client projects.
• Maintain storage and VMware inventory of customer environments.
• Manage user groups in ADS.
• Administer, monitor and troubleshoot NetApp unified storage.
• Perform maintenance activities on NetApp storage and VMware.

What you'll need

• SME knowledge of SAN (HPE 3Par, IBM, Dell EMC), NAS (Isilon, Unity, NetApp and VMware), Object (HPE, iTernity), HPE/Cohesity, and Dell ECS backup (Veeam, IBM ISSP, Dell EMC).
• Good knowledge of storage and backup subsystems such as NetApp and EMC.
• Experience in performance analysis and tuning of storage subsystems (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• Certifications: CISSP and CCNP.
• Required skills include Agile Methodology, Apple Mac OS, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Client Relations, Cloud Assessment, Cloud Strategies, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, IBM AIX, IBM Rational ClearCase, Inclusion, Microsoft Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Oracle WebLogic, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, and Storytelling.
• Language: English, proficient (C2).
