Overview

Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities for software projects, coordinating with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices
• Monitor and report on testing progress and escalate issues as needed

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering
• ISTQB Certified Tester certification
• Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer certification
• Skills: Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Penetration Testing, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management, Risk Management, Security Testing, Storytelling
• English language proficiency: Proficient - C2
