What you'll do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout customers' Wiz journey, navigating deployment, configuration, and operationalization using best practices.

  • Continuously monitor news on emerging cloud security threats and stay abreast of new Wiz features and functionality.
  • Help customers develop success plans with measurable goals aligned to their security and compliance objectives.
  • Lead customers toward full adoption and value, promoting excellence in addressing Cloud, Code, and Runtime security risk.
  • Project manage Wiz adoption and operationalization goals across business units and stakeholders.
  • Help unblock adoption by working with internal and external parties to resolve people, process, and technology issues.
  • Drive and track achievement of customer business goals and realization of value through Wiz.
  • Report progress and results to key Wiz and customer stakeholders through executive-friendly communications, QBRs, and executive briefings.
  • Understand, document, and represent customer needs to internal Wiz stakeholders, capturing feature requests and adoption blockers and liaising with Product and Engineering.
  • Manage a book of up to 15 customers, depending on size and complexity.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and assist in securing renewals in partnership with sales and renewals teams.
  • Drive towards utilization and adoption targets for your book of business.
  • Identify, document, and action risks such as satisfaction, churn, renewal, and tenant health.
  • Develop close relationships with key customer contacts, from C-level to practitioner, to understand sentiment and drive key Wiz objectives.
  • Help build and scale a world-class TAM organization, driving improvements in Wiz's TAM motion and impacting GTM teams.
  • Develop documentation, mentor associate TAMs, and develop areas of technical subject-matter expertise.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes.

What you'll need

  • 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products (such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect).
  • Experience with cloud services and architecture of at least 1 Cloud Service Provider (CSP), such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (such as Docker or Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Version Control Systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across nebulous internal and external structures.
  • Ability to navigate nebulous job responsibilities while actively contributing to the further refinement of the TAM motion.
