Overview

Technical Architect role at Genpact focused on designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications, leading SDLC activities, and modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable, secure and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Architect and develop robust backend services using Node.js and .NET Framework/Core.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular/React, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive code quality through code reviews, design reviews and adherence to industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement.
• Lead modernization and migration initiatives from legacy applications to modern cloud-native architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated testing strategies.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability and reliability.
• Having a good knowledge of Grafana.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in backend development using Node.js, JavaScript, .NET, Angular/React, Vue.js, Rest APIs, MS SQL Server and experience building microservices in a cloud-native environment.
• Functional proficiency with React for web-based front-end development.
• Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience.

Nice to have

• Programming languages: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, C#, SQL.
• Backend technologies: Node.js, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, RESTful Services, Microservices Architecture.
• Frontend technologies: Angular/React, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Responsive Web Design.
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Redis.
• Cloud and DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ServiceNow, CI/CD Pipelines.
• Tools and methodologies: Git, Agile/Scrum, Unit Testing, TDD, Design Patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Certified Data Management Professional, CISSP, CKA, TOGAF 9.
• Required skills listed include Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Design Thinking, People Leadership, Risk Management and Storytelling.
• Language: English at Advanced C1 level.
