Overview

Technical Business Analyst for digital banking, bridging product, business, and technical teams to improve Web Banking and Mobile Banking offerings.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement areas.
• Document and prioritize business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop detailed user stories and use cases for system enhancements.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect process or system changes.
• Work with QA teams to support testing strategies for enhancements.
• Provide detailed feedback to resolve identified issues and defects.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of business analysis in digital banking or financial services.
• 2+ years with Avaloq Core Platform or similar banking technology.
• Experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Familiarity developing user stories and use cases.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
