Technical Engineer - SAP Development (ABAP)

Overview

Technical Engineer II for SAP development, handling custom ABAP development tasks and converting functional requirements into technical specifications across the company’s SAP ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Perform SAP development work and participate in projects across the GMI ecosystem.
• Support unit testing activities.
• Analyze requirements with a focus on investigation and analysis.
• Coordinate and communicate with functional analysts.
• Estimate task-level effort.
• Implement complex solutions under guidance of tech lead/architects.

What you'll need

• Have full-time graduation from an accredited university.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of SAP development experience.
• Have deep functional understanding in at least three functional areas (e.g., MM, SD, FI, TM).
• Apply SAP technical standards in project work.
• Understand at least one business process and resolve issues with minimal assistance.

Nice to have

• Expert-level experience with S/4HANA and ABAP for SAP HANA, including ABAP Objects, ALE/IDOC, Enhancement Framework, and related SAP technologies.
• Intermediate-level experience with BTP/BAS, TM, RAP/ABAP on Cloud, SAP Workflow, and basic MuleSoft.
