SAP - ABAP - Manager

Overview

Lead SAP ABAP implementations and client engagements, managing teams and SAP technology delivery. The role focuses on SAP administration, development, analytics, integration, and business transformation.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP software implementation and management to optimize client operations.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored SAP solutions.
• Oversee SAP installation, configuration, and administration.
• Guide teams delivering SAP-based projects on schedule.
• Use ABAP to enhance SAP functionality.
• Develop and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori applications.
• Coach team members and manage performance.

What you'll need

• At least 9 years of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience with ABAP.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, or SAP HANA.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve project issues.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in S/4HANA System Administration, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture.
• Experience with business transformation initiatives.
• Experience in strategic technology planning and execution.
