Lead Solutions Architect – SAP Platform

Overview

Lead Solutions Architect – SAP Platform responsible for defining and implementing the over-arching SAP S/4 solutions and applications strategy for Supply Chain.

What you'll do

• Lead or advise on Supply Chain solutions roadmap and projects across Plan, Source, Make, and Inventory pillars.
• Engage with business partners and SAP practitioners to understand SAP-related supply chain business processes and requirements.
• Conduct comparative research on SAP technologies and recommend strategies to address business needs.
• Lead discovery projects and guide end-to-end implementations for supply chain-related SAP initiatives.
• Create blueprint documents and lead solution design, build, test, and go-live activities for SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Design and review integration approaches for efficient integration of SAP with other business applications.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive hands-on SAP solutioning leading up to architect-level work.
• Deep expertise in one or more SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 modules including MM, PP, IM, QM, or WM.
• Experience in multiple S/4 implementations focused on supply chain areas such as production planning, procurement, inventory management, and integrations.
• Knowledge of cross-functional integration with order management, transportation management, and Finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with complex, large-scale SAP project implementations.
• Ability to convert business challenges into technical solutions.
• Willingness to work off business hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of required SAP localizations for geographies where the company operates (Europe, Brazil, and Asian countries).
• Waterfall and agile project management expertise.
• Experience using integration tools (e.g., webMethods, APIs).
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
