Overview

Design and support HR technology solutions that align with business goals, improve employee experience, and integrate with enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR technology solutions that support business goals and improve employee experience.
• Work with HR and IT stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Support the development of architecture frameworks for HR systems such as talent management, learning, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of HR platforms with enterprise systems, maintaining data consistency and compliance.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting HR tools and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical input during solution development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements to enhance usability, efficiency, and data quality.
• Ensure HR solutions adhere to data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Stay informed on HR technology trends and contribute insights to improve solution design and delivery.
