SAP Basis Architect (SAP RISE) - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead SAP RISE architecture and technology consulting initiatives, overseeing SAP installations, configurations, administration, transformation, and client support.

What you'll do

• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies.
• Manage SAP RISE projects and strategic technology planning.
• Use SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to improve data visualization and insights.
• Implement transformation initiatives using SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Coach and mentor teams solving complex problems.
• Validate client outcomes and refine SAP solutions based on feedback.
• Build stakeholder relationships supporting SAP application integration and adoption.

What you'll need

• At least 15 years of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori.
• Analytical thinking and process optimization skills.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA System Administration, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture.
• Experience with AI-human collaboration and digital tooling.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
