Senior Manager - SAP Basis

Overview

Lead administration, governance, security, performance, and operational excellence for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud landscape. The role owns SAP Basis operations, cloud adoption, release management, integrations, compliance, and platform strategy.

What you'll do

• Manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud development, test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity.
• Govern quarterly releases, transport processes, testing, and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate incident resolution, service requests, escalations, and change activities.
• Support security, IAM integrations, audits, vulnerability reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Manage integrations across SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and third-party applications.
• Lead vendors and teams while driving operational improvements, automation, continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience.
• 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA environments.
• 3+ years working with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud Edition.
• Experience leading SAP Basis teams and managing external service providers.
• Experience supporting global SAP deployments and large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Technology, or SAP BTP certifications.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, shared services, or global enterprise SAP landscapes.
