Technical Engineering Manager

Overview

Lead and manage a large-scale .NET full-stack engineering team, owning end-to-end technology delivery, engineering excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement, working with business/product stakeholders, architects, and global engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a large-scale .NET full-stack engineering team.
• Own end-to-end technology delivery, engineering excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with business/product stakeholders, architects, and global engineering teams to build scalable, secure, high-quality digital solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices and modern front-end technologies.
• Provide technical direction across application architecture, design, development, integration, testing and deployment.
• Drive modernization of legacy applications toward .NET 8/9+, cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Own delivery across multiple products/projects and engineering teams.
• Ensure predictable delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor engineering KPIs such as sprint predictability, defect leakage, code quality, automation coverage, deployment frequency, lead time, production incidents, and technical debt.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering management / technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on background in .NET/C# full-stack development.
• Proven experience managing large engineering teams.
• Experience working with global/distributed engineering organizations.
