Overview
Lead and scale a team of software and AI engineers on FloQast's Core AI team, building production AI systems that power the accounting automation platform.
What you'll do
- Manage and scale a team of high-performing software and AI engineers responsible for architecting and deploying production AI systems.
- Partner with global engineering leadership, product management, and architecture teams to establish technical standards for agentic workflows, model context protocols (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLMOps.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier engineering talent in India.
